It is my wish to introduce people to the mental and physical benefits of yoga and to share with them how they can include a yoga practice in their daily lives no matter their age or lifestyle. I enjoy customizing my yoga classes to the students’ needs and allowing them to explore the various aspects of the practice

I can't say enough about Dawn's approach to teaching yoga. Yes, she is incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, she is kind and compassionate. Dawn takes the time to understand who you are and how you truly feel so that she can best assess what will benefit you to make you feel healthier, stronger, more flexible, and just better. My reasons for wanting to work with Dawn are more therapeutic in nature due to long-term physical restrictions and generalized pain. The combination of poses and breathing have helped me immensely. Dawn is truly the best yoga instructor I have worked with, and I wholeheartedly recommend her.
